The Schönweddershof also called Schalls-Hof

The last owners of this farmstead were Cornelius Jungbluth and his wife Katharina, née Harren, who bought the farm from Gertrud Schall in 1909.
Gertrud Schall was an eleventh-generation descendant of Palmen Schall.
From Schall family lore it is known that the priest Petrus Schall lived on this farm. He was rector of the chapel at Frenz, celebrated his golden jubilee as a priest in Frenz in 1686 and died on 2 March 1688.
His granite gravestone can still be seen on the outside wall of the church (the 4th slab from the left).
In 1944, the left side of the courtyard was blown away to make it difficult for the following Americans to pass through the village.
The photographs below show the farmstead in its condition shortly before its demolition in 1967.

The extensive area was then built on in its present form.
