The Mouchmannhof (sometimes also called Zehnthof)
The exact details, as well as its actual location, are imprecise and sometimes contradictory.
It is listed in the Mann- und Lehenbuch as the sixth Frenzer Freimannsgut. „Dat seste vrentzer vreymannsgut yst Yan Mouch Stepgens gewest.“
From the name Yan Mouch (Steppgens) at least the farm name can be derived.
Whether the Mouchmannhof was also the tithe farm could not be proven. According to the statement, there was at least one farmstead with this name. However, the Mann- und Lehenbuch (Man and Fief Book) from 1530 says nothing about this.
The fact is, however, that a very old farm stood on this site. The later name „Michels Haus“ derives from the name of the penultimate owner „Michels“.
The farm was badly damaged during the war and had to be demolished in the 1960s.
The last farming owner was the Urban family.
Today the area belongs to RWE-Power AG.

During the demolition work, a cast iron plate was found in the chimney, each with two identical coats of arms, which unfortunately could not be identified more closely. It is therefore unclear whether it is connected with the original owners.
Today it decorates an outside terrace wall at Christel Urban’s house in Lamersdorf.
